About our packages?

We offer four packages that you may choose from. If you are looking to customize a package for your vehicle, please contact us for further details.

  • Gold: Give your car that weekly spruce-up it needs. Your Washér will clean the exterior of the vehicle, clean and dress the entire wheel, vacuum the interior, wipe down the dash and clean the interior windows.
  • Platinum: Our most popular package! Your Washér will clean the exterior of the vehicle, clean and dress the entire wheel, vacuum the interior, wipe down the dash, clean the interior windows, then finish it off with a layer of liquid wax to lock in that shine.
  • Diamond: Bring your car’s mojo back. Your Washér will clean the exterior of the vehicle, clean and dress the entire wheel, vacuum the interior, wipe down the dash and clean the interior windows. A layer of paste wax will seal your freshly cleaned paint.
  • Emerald: Demand Perfection. Your Washér will clean the exterior of the vehicle, clean and dress the entire wheel, vacuum the interior, shampoo the floor mats, wipe down the dash and clean the interior windows. A clay bar will be applied to the exterior of the vehicle to remove any contaminants, and then a layer of paste wax will be applied to seal your freshly cleaned paint.

What is necessary from you to have your car washed?

Our Washérs come fully prepared and have all of the necessary supplies to complete your wash. Please make sure that your vehicle is open if you are receiving a wash that includes a detailing of the inside. Also, please make sure that the location you are ordering your wash from allows commercial vehicles and washes to be taken place.

How can you tip your Washér?

At the end of your wash, you will have the option to rate, tip and favorite your Washér. The only form of payment is through the app via credit card, please no cash.

When to apply your promo code?

Please make sure to enter in your promo code before ordering your wash.  Please note that the price does not reflect your total until the wash is completed.

How do you apply your promo code?

From the home page of the app, click the three lines on the top left of the home screen and apply your promo code to the promo code section. You will know if your promo code has been accepted because a message of “activated promo code” will appear. Your promo code is only applied to your total once the wash is completed. Please make sure to enter in your promo code prior to ordering your wash for it to be applied towards your total.

What to do when Washé is locating a detailer for you?

After a minute of requesting your wash, the app will ask you how long you will be at your current location. By putting your time availability, this will give our Washérs more time to accept your request.

How can you add multiple cars to order?

After selecting the package you would like to receive, a plus (+) sign will appear above the car icon. From there, you may select the amount of cars you would like to have washed.
Please note: we have multiple car profiling coming soon! For now, please follow the above steps and you can let your Washér know which vehicles you requested to have washed.

How can you refer a friend?

Our referral program is certainly very rewarding. Refer a friend to Washé and you will receive a credit as well as the person being referred. Click the three lines on the top left of the home screen and click the “Free washes” section. You will automatically be given a personalized promo code to share with your friends and family!

How can you contact your Washér?

When your Washér is on the way, you will receive a notification. When you are in the app, you will have the ability to contact your Washér.

How can you schedule an order?

After selecting the package you’d like to receive, please click the calendar icon next to the “Wash Me Now” button. From there, choose the date you would like to receive your wash and your time availability. You will receive a notification once your order has been accepted.

What to do when your washer cancels your order?

Unfortunately, there is the possibility that your washer cannot make your order. Please request your order again and we will do our best to locate another Washér for you.

How can you order a wash with a past washer?

If you haven’t already, you will need to select that washer as a favorite washer. Click the three lines on the top left corner of the home screen and select your past washes. Click the washer you’d like to favorite and select the star, which will turn red. Your future washes will go directly to your favorite washer and you may schedule with them directly as well.

What is a pre-authorization charge?

Once you request a wash, a pre-authorization charge is in place to ensure the credit card on file is valid. Please note that this charge will not go through until your wash has been completed.

What if Washé is not available in your area?

If we are not servicing your area yet, a “Region not supported” will appear on your screen when you try to request a wash. Please note that we will update you as soon as we are washing near you!

How can you review your washer?

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a notification indicating who your washer is and their overall rating.
